What is E-Design?

E-Design is an interior design service that is conducted solely through the internet. Entering the client's home is not necessary. Client and designer will communicate on a chat system and e-mail basis. Because everything is completed online, Coordinated Living uses a 3D platform that makes your space look as realistic as possible, giving you a thorough idea of what your final product will be. 

What is the turnaround time?

Once we receive photos of your desired space, style quiz, initial payment, and service agreement, the rest takes just one week. In one week we will provide you with your 2D "Mood Board" and 3D model of your space for your approval. If any modifications need to be made to meet your needs, additional time may be required, but you will be notified as soon as we have the final product ready for you to view! 

What do I need to submit in order to get started?

Photos of your current space, as well as the style quiz that is presented to you when you hit our "Let's Get Started" button. You will also be submitting a half-down payment, along with a design agreement.  

What is included in the $99 fee?

This fee is for the design presentation only. It includes 2D and 3D models of your space along with an easily accessible "shopping list" for you to purchase the merchandise from there. $99 fee does not cover the merchandise itself, paint, or shipping of products.

What if I don't like the design that has been presented to me?

You will.

 

Kidding! No worries- Coordinated Living will modify your design three times so that you are satisfied with your final design presentation. 

I don't know what style I want for my room- I'm really no good at this whole design thing

That's why you hired us! When completing your style quiz, pictures, as well as descriptions, of several different styles of design are available for you to browse through. If the decision is still tough- we would actually love to take the reigns and come up with an entire design for you! 

Something I ordered was broken when it got delivered to my house. What should I do?

Oh no! You will have to contact the company who shipped it to you. Coordinated Living is not responsible for lost, damaged, or incorrect items.
